Courtney A. *Star needed for rate and review only* This is the worst auto mechanic ever...and I do mean ever! Bobby(owner) has had my car nearly a month. I was referred to him to replace a battery and after breaking down a month after, my car was in his possession yet again only this time for another reason. After explaining to him that the throttle body(TPS) light came on causing the car to go only 15mph he finally decided to replace it 3 weeks into having my car in his possession. He told me he had an "inside man" who could get the TPS for him for $75. The price was never an issue - heck Id have to pay whomever to ride, right? After weeks of being told my car would be finished on this day and that I finally came to my senses and had my car towed to a reputable mechanic FireStone on peach orchard in Augusta, GA. Im in complete disgust that there are people who will take advantage of anything if you allow them. I wouldnt be shocked to fine that Im missing parts from my car this is how grimy Bobby really is.

They Scam you to come in with a card reading you won $10,000 Visa Gift Card and all you get is a Lotto Ticket after driving 1 hour. I wouldnt recommend doing business with them. They didnt have much there to look at. Heard one of there Salesmen make a comment Im surprised someone is buying that used car that has a big dent in it that was in the Service area. Looks like the Dealership would have made body repairs before selling it to someone. Sounded like they were praying on uneducated people that dont buy vehicles often. I would suggest you steer clear of this place. The Salesmen acted like high school teenagers talking to each other instead of acting like professional salesmen.

Erik Carlson I see my review is gone. They had so many bad reviews they deleted the account and started another. I bought a truck from here on a Friday and by Sundry it had thrown a lifter. Took it to the dealer near my house and it was a quart over full on oil. That could have been the problem but it was not. It was over full to mask the problem. The dealer wiped there hands clean of this. They said to buy the extended warranty and i would have to wait 30 days and take it to another dealer as there was a service ticket opened on this already. They wanted to do nothing to assist. So now i rebuilt the motor. Once opened up you can clearly see there has been an issue and they overfilled it to help mask the problem. This is a shady place to do business. I highly recommend not doing any business with them. Before they erased the old page and started a new one there were so many bad reviews i wished i had read before going there. below is my original review This is the worst experience of my life. Purchased a truck on a Friday night. By Sunday morning had a horrible knock. Sent video to manager Kevin ASAP. Took it to my local deal. Needs rods and a cam, or maybe a new motor. Also funny that it was a quart over filled in oil. What happens when you do that you block the positive crankcase ventilation system and thus blow thing like your crank oil seal. Creating more damage and you can blow a motor. Which ended up occurring. They will not accept responsibly for this. Actually no-one wants to talk about this. But i do have this documented from the dealership it is at. The response from Paul Thigpen is it is a used car and as is. You did not get the extended warranty, which would not go into effect for 30 days, so i am beat. They offered ZERO help, accept this shady move. You can purchase the extended warranty now. It will not go into effect for 30 day. Ok great, but i will have to take this to another dealer other than the one who has it torn apart because there is already a service record of the problem before the warranty was in effect. So now i have purchased a $20,000 truck that needs a rebuild in less than 48 hours of purchase and i am stuck with it as these clowns that will not offer any assistance or do anything to make this right other than shady moves like buying a warranty and towing vehicle to another dealer. They are unethical and not trust worthy. So would you want to do business with a company like this

Michael Little After taking my daughter car to shops and they jacking me around I took it to Millers. I kicked my self in the butt they fixed it right at a reasonable price. They won’t cheat you give you a price up front and it will be right. So before you take your vehicle somewhere please go by Millers guarantee you won’t be disappointed

Katie K Miller rebuilt my transmission at around 120k miles. Less than 20k miles later it needed to be repaired again, which to be fair, they did under warranty. Now at 150k miles my transmission is again throwing errors. Eta: Miller reached out to me and offered to have a look, even though its out of warranty. After a good bit of sleuthing he was able to figure out the problem, which was a defective part. The initial rebuild was in 2021 and from my understanding many parts that were sent out in this time period were just.. Not quite right. Many kudos to Mike for being willing to make it right.

Allison Waller Over the past decade and a half, Mike has replaced a transfer case, rebuilt a transmission for my 2002 Chevy 2500 and replaced head gaskets, an air conditioner condenser, and heater core for my 2007 Wrangler. He and his team are reasonably priced and do a great job! They do NOT recommend service or repairs that aren’t needed! We always take our vehicles here and will continue to do so. They have always been polite, kind, and friendly even when I take up a lot of their time asking way too many questions.

Im spending $900 at another garage right now to fix what they broke. I had already paid them $500 for stuff they broke putting in a rebuilt motor and they had the car three weeks thus time. Seven weeks for the motor that sounds like a hunk of junk. Could have put in a brand new motor here in Aiken for less money and way less aggravation! Terrible experience!!!

Very friendly owner had us back on the road in less than 15 mins. Also the price for a brand new tire was excellent. We will make the 45 min trip back to get 2 more new tires when we get the chance. Arrow Jones My wife and I took our truck in to get the heater coil fixed and Mat gave me a pretty good price for the job. It did take them about two weeks to do it but I didnt care because I wanted it done right. So when we finally got it back he not only fixed the heater coil he also fixed the air conditioning witch wasnt working when we brought the truck and Im glad he did because it feels like summer already and he also gave me a great price for that so all of that being said it was a great experience and I would definitely good back there again with any of my car care needs

Jesse Bragg Updated review because I found more issues than I originally shared. Had an upgraded fuel pump installed. got the truck back with a dent in it that wasn’t there before, the truck leaking fuel not to mention all the battery terminals were left loose. Picked up the truck with a warning message about low fuel pressure on my dash that didn’t exist before. Guy told me I had to get a custom tune wrote to clear it. I had to take it to another diesel shop to get the fuel leak fixed, they told me that everything was loose. there were random bolts covered in RTV to try and stop a leak instead of using the correct hardware that came with the kit. A wiring sensor was also messed up that indicated fuel pressure.
