William Day I came in with a bad alternator at 5:30 on a Friday, 700 miles from home. Willie was very helpful. Tried to find me a mobile mechanic, but when that didn’t work he charged up my battery. It was enough for me to make it to a hotel and then Shottenkirk Honda in Rome GA. His help was greatly appreciated.

Seven G I have to pay $160 to get my ac repaired because this location sold me bad refrigerant. Rather than admit and accept the mistake, Willy accompanied me outside confirming the system is operational, no engine codes were showing, compressor was working, and AC levels read true on guage, Willy the GM called Amy the DM and she said without verifying or asking question to Willy who actually saw the car, that there was underlying damage to compnents of the AC and to refund me for the refrigerant only. I claimed it was inhuman to not take responsibility for the incidient because I have shopped from him before but Claude told me (despite my calm demeanor) dont come back or theyll call the cops. So I called them myself and had myself trespassed to call their bluff since all I wanted was some common decency, I truly didnt think hed be able to go through with it and sleep at night, but sure enough the police told me dont come back despite not signing anything and refusal to provide a report for the situation. Anyway this all occured because I told Willy that my sesnsor wasnt bad because I added refrigerant. Electrical components dont spontaneously stop working from R-134a and he knew that and agreed verbally, but "couldnt" help me
Edit: Sensor is still good and operational and never threw a code for addtional context, since thats what Willy was initially claiming, until I informed him I persobally am aware that couldnt be the issue, he then verbally agreed the electrical components wouldnt suddenly go bad from adding R-134a
