Joshua Sterner Took my vehicle for a water pump change. They changed the pump and had it back to me in a few days. After driving it I noticed the motor was weak and popped the hood and they failed to reattach the turbo charge pipe (picture) . Took the vehicle back and they reattached and was nice about it but the motor still didn’t run correctly. After 2 more trips to the shop they diagnosed a coil problem, fixed it. The issue is they caused the coil to go out with their poor reassembly job; but charged me for the coil replacement. I spoke with other mechanics and a mechanical engineer and they agreed with almost certainty they caused the issue. I asked for the 200$ back out of principle and was denied - keep in mind I spent 2,000$ for the water pump job which I didn’t ask money back for.

Johnny worst place in town hands down. after going to these guys a couple of times my car ended up being worse. they will work on your car and do extra things you never asked for then charge you at the end. they do not communicate with their clients. he tried to work something out with me because I was unsatisfied but I never received a call back. I’d rather keep my car how it is than to return to this place.

Quick charge on a cold battery. Took a while to warm up and get the max kW. Big Hummer EV was charging when I arrived, but either the owner or staff member offered to move it for me. Annah Young We found Leverette’s a couple years ago and refuse to go anywhere else now! They were the only place that would attempt to remove a stripped bolt from my oil pan and he had it done in 10 minutes. Their pricing cannot be beat and they are extremely trustworthy; not to mention knowledgeable. They also are very diligent to get things done quickly. If they don’t have the parts there, they will have them delivered as soon as possible. There’s not many places like Leverette’s Auto Repair around anymore, but boy are we thankful to have them!

Missy Slaughter ‼️WARNING‼️ Just want to warn ppl about taking their car to The Fast Lane on Cleveland Hwy! My car was damaged there on the 4th of July and the court won’t do anything about it! I have all my evidence that it was damaged there but he got away with it! He even says in his response that he has video footage of my car not being damaged at his shop, but my car never left his shop till the police got there and got my key from him. What kind of mess is that! I’m now finding out that I’m not the only victim of this shop! Someone needs to stop them from doing this and getting away with it!

Jon Leedy DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY INSTALLED TIRES ON MY CAR, DIDNT REPLACE THE VALVE STEMS, DIDNT PUT BEAD SEALANT ON THE TIRE. I COULD HAVE DIED, AND THE GUY DONT CARE. WAS GOING 60MPH DOWN THE HIGHWAY, AND MY TIRE IN THE FRONT THAT WAS INSTALLED 2 MONTHS AGO CAME OFF THE BEAD ON THE INSIDE. IF THE TIRE WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY THEN THIS WOULD NOT OF HAPPENED STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.
