I called and asked for my documents waited two hours called back complained spoke with Mr. Orlanda I had the documents in 4 minutes. Its just a shame that he never gets people who can follow simple tasks. Bring Lashaunda back. When she was there no matter if her or Orlando answered I always felt welcomed heard and taken care of. Thanks Mr. Orlando for taking such great care of me these last 10 years. I almost switched then I remembered. I dont let nobody touch my taxes except you.

Amber Hudson: Very unprofessional and nosey the older lady name Donna, she has been with them for 10 years but couldn’t fix a simple card issue problem I had. Then was very upset because I didn’t want her help after she wasted 20-45 minutes just to tell me to call customer service. How does a credit union have an employee for 10 years and you can’t figure out a simple care issue problem. Almost closed my account with delta because of this.

This banker made me feel welcomed and part of something and had never met me. I came in to ask a question about business credit and ended up with just that, a credit card for both of my businesses. Janice Bailey: OMG this is the worse bank. I feel like this bank discriminate again peoples of color. I was working with Justina regarding my personal business I have been waiting to hear back from her for a week I have call left messages for her to call me back This is very unprofessional I will not be going back to this location again.... I had a cc get stuck in one of the machine outside I went in to retrieve my cc nobody had a key to the box. So I had to cancel that cc and a week later someone call me and ask if I left my cc in the machine. SMH The service is so bad I am thinking about moving my two litter quarter to a new bank. Someone that appreciate small coins.
