1 /5 Cynthia Hines: This use be a place that I would referral people to do business with but after today I dont recommend nobody do business with Chaves he threat me and they will no longer have my business. You can not do business that way and expect people to continue do business with you. Iris is sweetheart and I always enjoy doing business with her.

Edwards: The loan was easy to get… HOWEVER… it has been a complete nightmare with this loan… I started having my payment’s automatically drafted out of my bank acct… every month I was getting these text messages and mail notification saying my payment was late or no funds in my bank… I went to the office and spoke with the manager … he didn’t believe me even though I stated the money was drafted out my acct… he then made me bring bank statements to prove it…ugh!!! When he saw that the company was getting my payments he finally called the accounting dept to have all my payments posted after i threatened to get an attorney. Every time I make a payment their acct dept post it then refund it then post it again… republic finance can’t explain why it doing that… so I have to go to the office EVERY month because I get letters or text saying I didn’t pay… will pay this loan off ASAP… and never come back here again…

Amber Hudson: Very unprofessional and nosey the older lady name Donna, she has been with them for 10 years but couldn’t fix a simple card issue problem I had. Then was very upset because I didn’t want her help after she wasted 20-45 minutes just to tell me to call customer service. How does a credit union have an employee for 10 years and you can’t figure out a simple care issue problem. Almost closed my account with delta because of this.

Maurice James: If it wasnt for Jasper at this location, my account would be closed and I would be doing business elsewhere. This banker made me feel welcomed and part of something and had never met me. I came in to ask a question about business credit and ended up with just that, a credit card for both of my businesses. He is very humble and was very patient with me with the information he provided. Go see SunTrust and Jasper on Fairburn Rd. in Douglasville and see if you can top the experience I received.

Janice Bailey: OMG this is the worse bank. I feel like this bank discriminate again peoples of color. I was working with Justina regarding my personal business I have been waiting to hear back from her for a week I have call left messages for her to call me back This is very unprofessional I will not be going back to this location again.... I had a cc get stuck in one of the machine outside I went in to retrieve my cc nobody had a key to the box. So I had to cancel that cc and a week later someone call me and ask if I left my cc in the machine. SMH The service is so bad I am thinking about moving my two litter quarter to a new bank. Someone that appreciate small coins.
