5 /5 Stephanie Brown: The customer service is always awesome Edward and the rest of the tellers go above and beyond, but this morning I was there and there was such an odor in the lobby. It was vile It smelt like sewage. It was so bad and the sweet lady helping me her station was right by where the odor was coming from. You could tell it was coming from the bathroom. This problem needs to be fixed immediately. You can’t expect your customers to come in stand in line or even stand and talk to their tellers with this terrific odor, it was awful. You can tell it’s some kind of sewage or septic problem Please fix

5 /5 Aleisha Kelly: I came into the bank on Friday 2/17/23 to make a withdrawal. While I waited in line, I was warmly greeted and was told that someone would be assisting me soon. I left for my car and was sad to see that I had locked my keys in the ignition. When I returned inside the bank, the same woman that greeted me, immediately showed concern asked if there was anything that she could do. This helped to ease my stress, knowing that someone was concerned. I went back out to my car to try to unlock my door through the slightly opened window, but was unsuccessful. I was amazed to see that the same friendly employee came out with her umbrella , and tried to assist me with unlocking my door for approximately 10-15 minutes. I was so grateful because we just dont see this type of kindness nowadays. She helped to turn what could have been a horrible day into an amazing testimony. This awesome womens name is Monique! The Douglasville branch is now my favorite because of you!

1 /5 Justin Abercrombie: The lobby closing shouldn’t be an option at this location because the drive thru is incredibly SLOW, definitely considering pulling everything out and going somewhere else.

1 /5 S C: THE WORST BRANCH EVER AND NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. They do not follow-up and your transaction are left in Limbo and usually not right. The tellers are 50-50 you may get a decent one who provide good customer service and than there are those who do not want to be bothered. This is definitely not a GOOD BRANCH for transaction more involved besides deposits/withdrawal.
