Not only did she lie she topped it off by directing us across the street to Kroger saying the company we were looking for was over there. Its 2024 do not support this “family” business!

Amber Hudson: Very unprofessional and nosey the older lady name Donna, she has been with them for 10 years but couldn’t fix a simple card issue problem I had. Then was very upset because I didn’t want her help after she wasted 20-45 minutes just to tell me to call customer service. How does a credit union have an employee for 10 years and you can’t figure out a simple care issue problem. Almost closed my account with delta because of this.
