5 /5 Bob DeCamp: Following my heart attack in 2014, I went through the Cardiac Rehab program at the Wellness Center. It was an amazing and enjoyable experience. Although a little hard to start, they worked with me to gradually strengthen my damaged heart, and was able to "graduate" early, get back on my bicycle daily, and go back to work. They are very thorough, caring, and monitor progress meticulously. Highly recommend this program.

5 /5 Michael Paulk: We have been going about 4 years now and really like going here to work out. Most members are middle aged people trying to keep their health up. They have free weights, cardio workout machines, core strength training workout and several classes throughout the day. They offer cardiac rehab also. Great staff and very helpful. Place is always accessible and cleaned regularly.
