1 /5 Jerry: Wont answer the phone during buisness hours. Now charging new service fees on 3 different accounts without telling anyone about it. Tried to call to talk to someone at 11 am on a Wednsday morning and the line says they are closed. They are NOT closed but have the phones turned off. A lot of the employees have quit.

1 /5 Tiesha Adams: **RACIAL DISCRIMINATION ** I went in today to try and get 2 GEORGIA LOTTEY CHECKS cashed and the older long hair (blondish/grey) woman denied me. I don’t know why because nothing she said made sense as to why she wouldn’t cash them. I could cash them at any truist bank as long as I had a form of identification she basically said my learners license wasn’t a real license that I needed an ID that doesn’t make any sense she didn’t even scan the checks to see that they are real but she helped everybody in line every single white person there with no questions or assumptions at all. I went to Statesboro truist to get them cashed with no problems or questions so why couldn’t she cash them ?? What was her valid reason other than her be hatful and rasict just plain stupidity!!!

5 /5 Jessica Newman: The branch manager, Lauren, went above and beyond to help me & my husband. Her customer service is out of this world! If you have ANY issues go see her. Ive also had great customer service from the bank teller, Cherry. Very happy we switched our banking needs over to them.

Teryl Wadley: I went inside the bank and closed a checking account in December 2022. Not only did they not close the account, when I called them to address the issue, they acted like it was a simple mistake and somehow my fault. They were unapologetic and still won’t close the account. They told me I need to pay a fee and then come back inside to have the account closed. It is not my fault that the teller did not do what I told her to do in December and that was close the account. In my opinion, they should have addressed the teller but instead, they blamed me. I will be filing a complaint. I do not recommend anyone do business with this bank.
