1 /5 Hollis Timmy “Bubba”: This lender is straight up b.s.. They tell you your approved but then never give you the loan.. My family will never use Lendmark of Blue Ridge again.. I jump through their hoops made 5 trips to their office took them everything they ask for and never got nothing.. My family has paid every dime like ask.. They have lost all of our business.. First Franklin or Security Finance is your better options anyday..
