    Diane Lanier: Lynn will not fight for you to win. I felt as if she didnt want to offend any of her cohorts over her client. Not articulate in court. I lost so much needed money in my divorce that was mine after 50 yrs of marriage. The only good thing she can bring up is that I got the house. And as one person said...I was thrown under the bus... at 70. My ex got most all the money. Until Lynn stops looking through rose colored glasses, she cant help with anything but straight forward (bird in hand) cases.

    Valerie Salon: What is this guy doing filing cases in the wrong counties and also proceeding without having the other party served? Pretty dishonest. He used to be the juvenile court prosecution and was mean to those kids. Now hes the city attorney as well as child support enforcement attorney?Maybe he should check out his custodial parent applications for fraud before he looks foolish in court. I would use him for family law thats about it. But Rick Brown attorney at law in Whitfield would be the best choice. He told me once he rather not go against him. Make sure you serve the respondants and file in the correct county.
