I paid him money for absolutely nothing( $1200) I didnt recieve my discharge papers for not taking a course in a chapter 7 and when I went to him to ask what I could do. Him and his wife was very rude and nasty about the situation !!! His wife she talks to people very rude !!!!!

1 /5 candice johns: If there was a 0 rating, this is what I would give this attorney. Very unprofessional! Does not return phone calls and will not do simple things you ask him to do. Wife is worse, she does not relay messages and is not even an attorney to even attempt to try and give legal advice. Then, they will avoid you and not let you past the receptionist desk when you have valid questions. Never seen an office ran this poorly!

He used to be the juvenile court prosecution and was mean to those kids. Now hes the city attorney as well as child support enforcement attorney?Maybe he should check out his custodial parent applications for fraud before he looks foolish in court. I would use him for family law thats about it. But Rick Brown attorney at law in Whitfield would be the best choice. He told me once he rather not go against him. Make sure you serve the respondants and file in the correct county.

Clyde Thompson: He stole $2,500 from me. So, I paid him the $2,500 retainer for a very simple visitation rights case. The mother was willing to work with us and not prolong the process. The first and only court date for paternity he showed up late and I had to stand in front of the judge alone. Then, after the judge told me and the mother to come up with a plan and have Mr. Clements submit it, Mr. Clements NEVER again contacted me. I called and I emailed over and over. My wife even drove 6 hours to show up at his office where he apologized and promised to finish the case. Nope. Nothing. Its been almost two years now. I hope Mr. Clements enjoys this malpractice lawsuit against my JAG attorney. Seek legal representation elsewhere.
