He had me waiting for a quote that I received within a few minutes online. Super nonchalant and rude, and all I could hear was chewing and breathing for an hour straight. He didn’t update me, just kept me on waiting, and when I finally said, “just email the quote thank you.” All he said was mhmm. Please hire people who actually have the desire to work. Lazy!

I met Laura at the Cartersville location, who more than my agent has become a great friend. She has always kept me legal and has never broken my budget. When I had trouble with my car loan asking for proof of insurance she made sure they had all the information that they needed and faxed, emailed them and called them all they long till they called her back to confirm. Out of all the few times Ive been to her office there has always been a rude costumer present and the way she deals with them is impecable. She truly takes the time and patience to appease them and make sure they get taken care of while still taking care of everyone else in her office. Her staff is also very courteous and friendly.
