I recently went to the one in concord mills hoping to shop with my favorite salesman TJ. I was told he was no longer there no problem. The sales rep Tee had a very nasty attitude dismissive and even verbally insulting. Unfortunately I will not be shopping anymore and will have to find a new jewelry store.

Not only do they offer in-house appraisals, but they also have selection of bands to choose from at competitive prices - a significant savings of $200-$300 compared to other establishments Ive visited. Trill Green: If your best concerned is good work and customer service. These guys do good work but horrible customer service. I had them working on a pendant for me and they did not listen to what I wanted and then went and screwed the project up and said they will just redo it. I was on a time crunch for the pendant and told them to keep me updated. They are ignoring my messages and ignoring my calls and are not giving any updates on my project and now I lost $1100 cause they are ignoring me. I will not be doing another project with them because the customer service is horrible.
