What should have been a memorable and joyful milestone turned into an awkward, uncomfortable, and frankly upsetting experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff member who assisted us seemed disinterested and completely unprepared. She clearly lacked basic knowledge about rings and couldn’t answer our questions with confidence or clarity. Instead of creating a comfortable environment for such a personal decision, she rushed us through the process, making the entire interaction feel transactional and impersonal. We ultimately spent over $3,000, yet left feeling completely robbed of the experience. There was no excitement, no celebration—just a rushed sale pushed by someone more focused on commission than care. We regret not walking out and going somewhere that values not only the financial investment being made, but also the emotional significance behind it. A ring purchase, especially a wedding band, should be handled with thoughtfulness, professionalism, and genuine support—not by someone who didn’t care to be there or learn about the product they’re selling.
