1 /5 Stina NCole: This booth sold me a necklace that broke in less than 24 hours. I took this necklace back to the counter to have it exchanged and they REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT. SO IF YOU MUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COUNTER DO NOT SUPPORT this counter. They are rude and I will not support them EVER again. And then they give these snide nasty remarks.

1 /5 Mark S: Sold me a replacement watch band that dud not fit correctly which broke off and after trying to return it for 30 dollars I payed 2 days earlier, the OWNER would not reimburse me at all. I had frequented his shops and bought much jewelry so after hundreds of dollars spent he clearly does not care about his customers. He owns atleast 3 shops, 2 booths and one watch store, so stay away from all of them unless they are a major company like Kay jewellers. High recommend not visiting that mall for shoes, apparel, and jewellery. Stay away!
