Very disappointing. We walked in to the sound of rats scurrying around. She apologized and claimed that they were chipmunks, saying they are very hard to catch (?). Theres was also about thirty flies in the jewelry room swarming around. The owner also had very poor hygiene.
Service: very bad. She nearly ruined my Fiancees wedding ring. She messed up a very simple ring resizing (she said a piece just randomly "fell off") but said she would fix it free of charge and that it would look brand new. It did not. When I mentioned the problems with it (very scratched up, unpolished, uneven, pitted, very thin, discolored) she became very unprofessional and angry, asking me if I had ever resized a ring before. She then went on a tangent about how it was probably damaged from bleach and kicked us out of the store. We went to a second jeweler for his opinion and he said she completely botched a very simple job and that the condition of the ring was unacceptable. And completely understood why we were not happy with it. He also said there is no sign of stress or corrosion that would have been caused by any "bleach damage". Steer clear from this store and go to a reputable jeweler. I am also contacting the better business bureau and possible taking further action.
