All I needed to have was the appraisal sent to my email. The file that he sent wasn’t workable and sent via notes. When I asked him to resend he got flustered, and under his breath, he says “I don’t have time for this”. If you don’t have time for this, you shouldn’t be in customer service. My grandmother went here for years, when they were in the mall. She’s passed, but had probably been a customer for 30 years or more. Every time I’ve been there, it’s been a mess. They couldn’t even find my jewelry the last time I went. Disappointing, when customers are spending so much money.
