Sunny helped us create a more personal wedding set with the addition of extra wedding bands with birthstones of our children. Sunny was amazing! I actually walked out within a couple hours with my new wedding set, my diamond set in it, and the 3 additional bands. What service!!! We love it! Mike and I had a great experience. I highly recommend Tara Jewelers!

I would not and will not shop anywhere else as they treat you like family. The staff are some of the nicest people and go above and beyond to make each customer feel special when they walk in the door. 1 /5 Camille Lemoine: Went in to resize my engagement ring and was told they didn’t have the tools to do it without cracking the diamond because it was lab grown. This makes no sense since they’d only be working on the band. It was obvious they had an issue with both lab-grown diamonds and our age. Staff were rude, condescending, and dismissive. Took it to another jeweler and had it resized with no problem. This used to be the jewelry store our family shopped at, but not anymore.

From trying on engagement rings, to picking out and purchasing our wedding bands, Eddie and Kelly made us feel incredibly special each visit. Not to mention, they have the most beautiful jewelry and we love our wedding bands! I borrowed my mothers diamond tennis bracelet (which was also purchased from Tara) for our wedding day and Kelly was kind enough to clean it for me so it was extra shiny for the big day. It was a pleasure to work with Eddie and Kelly and all of the friendly Tara employees we encountered along the way. We will be lifelong customers!!

We went to them for our wedding rings, and gave them less than a month til our wedding, and the rings didnt only get finished in time, they were absolutely beautiful and how we wanted them to look! Their website is so easy to navigate and their band builder is such an ingenious feature. Customizing jewelries is Nedricks forte. He is really good at knowing just how you want things and following them. Theyre great people and theyll definitely be our jewelers for life! Id forever recommend them to friends and family. I. Carter: BUYER BEWARE — This place is a scam in broad daylight. I stopped in around 11 a.m. to buy a TV. Found a 65” Hisense for $180 and even paid the extra $5 for a warranty…what a joke. Got it home, plugged it in, and surprise: the screen was completely shattered. Not cracked, not slightly damaged—destroyed. And before anyone tries to blame the customer, no—I didn’t break it. I’ve loaded plenty of TVs into the same car with zero issues. This one was sold to me broken. Returned to the store and was met by Ana, who couldn’t have cared less. Her first response? “We don’t take back broken items.” Oh? Sounds like you’ve said that before. I asked for a manager and was blessed with the presence of Scott… snarky, dismissive old man who looked like empathy was surgically removed from his body decades ago. Not an apology, not a replacement offer, not even an ounce of professionalism. By the end, I had to curse the whole store out just to get the last word. I left their busted TV on the floor where it belongs, with the rest of the garbage in pawnolpoly. Ana, you seem better than this. Truly. Working for scam artists like Scott and whoever owns this joke of a business is beneath you. Go work somewhere where you won’t lose sleep knowing you helped rob someone of their hard-earned money. The store is trash. The staff is worse. The inventory is straight-up landfill. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

However when I asked about a piece of clothing … one of the sales ladies who was a manager, took an offended tone with me. So rude my daughter noticed. Not sure I will return to this location. I am in my 50s so I do not know all the styles so if I seem clueless it is because I am from a different generation. No need to get frustrated with me.

Unfortunately they did not have a bracelet would fit my size wrist but I ended up choosing a necklace and having the chance the choose my own gems to put into the jewelry. I love that we have that option and the gift feels personalized with our own touch. They also were able to gift wrap my jewelry in a gift box with a cute little bow! Great experience for my first time at Kendra Scott!
