1 /5 Shane: Shop elsewhere. Terrible experience. Went in to get ideas for my 14 y/o daughter’s birthday. One of the 3 ladies behind the counter kept staring at me. She did not know that I knew either because I was wearing prescription sunglasses. Seriously uncomfortable, like bad and even made a point to begin following me. She was “sizing me up” from top to bottom literally burning a hole in me while I’m speaking with another associate about ideas. I ended up making my purchase and informed the associate that I was making my transaction with what was occurring. I would never in a million years step foot in a place like this again. Place seemed dingy, dirty floors, smelled weird, old display cases…more of a garage sale than a Shane Company. Sad excuse for a local business that us locals should be supporting.

5 /5 Xavier Eaton: I got my fiance her ring here. The sales lady was very nice and incredibly knowledgeable. But what made this experience truly incredible was that more then a year later the center stone fell out. We took it back today and got there 45 minutes before they opened. When John seen us walk up (even though they were not open) he came outside and talked to us about it. First saying congratulations then taking the ring and looked at it. We told him we were almost 1 month from the day of the wedding and just needed it back by then. He said no need for that and fixed it himself and had it ready in less then a few hours. This is what makes this place so special. Truly awesome people!!
