My father passed and had a PoD for his account and I’ve had to make multiple trips in to close that account and have those funds transferred to myself and sister as the named beneficiaries. Every time I go in I’m given a different story of what I need to bring in to get this account closed and it changes. They’ve held onto my deceased fathers funds now for almost 2 months and I can’t seem to get the account closed out.

Carolyn Moraniec: Used to be a great place to keep your $$$ they recently "upgraded" their systems and its been a disaster for months. They have completely ruined the customer experience with this "upgrade" nothing is accurate in my account, they are randomly rejecting deposits , the mobile app is down 50% of the time and the phone service is on loop so theres no way to speak to anyone to resolve this. I cant get money into my account!
