1 /5 Carolyn Moraniec: Used to be a great place to keep your $$$ they recently "upgraded" their systems and its been a disaster for months. They have completely ruined the customer experience with this "upgrade" nothing is accurate in my account, they are randomly rejecting deposits , the mobile app is down 50% of the time and the phone service is on loop so theres no way to speak to anyone to resolve this. I cant get money into my account!

5 /5 C Walker: Could not have been a better experience! Shelby and Crystal were extremely helpful and communicated clearly everything I needed to open my account and secure my loan! I would absolutely recommend CU of GA to anyone and will definitely use them again myself!

1 /5 Rhonda Jordan: Have loved using Credit Union of Georgia until the automated system changed. Now my account is messed up and customer service is ridiculous!! Phone numbers route you to offices other than my local branch and the workers are cold and condescending. We have lost our community credit union.

5 /5 Stephanie Adams: Shelby at Credit Union of Georgia is Amazing!!! She always helpful and quickly responds. When I need a banking need, I will go to Shelby and credit union of Georgia first. Just so easy to work with. I appreciate her very much.
