1 /5 Paige N: A waste of time. I called this branch and asked if I needed an appointment to change the name on my account. I was told “No, it’s a quick 10 minutes process. Just come in.” When I came in today, there was no line in the lobby, no one sitting down and waiting. A man asked how he could help me, I explained that I needed to change the name on my loan, I have my documents, etc. I was told it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait before anyone would help me. He asked if I would like to make an appointment. I explained that I was told no appointment was needed. He agreed and said no, an appointment is not needed, and asked again if I wanted to schedule an appointment. If I don’t need an appointment, why are you trying to schedule an appointment? If there is no one waiting, why am I waiting 45 minutes to an hour?
