1 /5 Michael Schultz: If I could give zero stars I would! Trust as a whole has to be the worst and taking that spot from BoA! My father passed and had a PoD for his account and I’ve had to make multiple trips in to close that account and have those funds transferred to myself and sister as the named beneficiaries. Every time I go in I’m given a different story of what I need to bring in to get this account closed and it changes. They’ve held onto my deceased fathers funds now for almost 2 months and I can’t seem to get the account closed out.

1 /5 tunc suzal: Came to open an account. The bank teller was so rude. She looked me up and down and said it was going to be an hour (as if she was hoping I would leave). I decided to wait but observed her assist another customer that needed to simply break a $100 bill but refused because he was not a customer. I broke it for him and decided while I was waiting to open a ameris account and rewrite this review.

1 /5 Meagan Alexander: I have been a client with Truist for 10 years, and I could not recommend a branch LESS. Their efficiency does not exist, and there is simply always a problem when trying to do simple things- cash withdrawal, wire transfer. They simply need to find better leaders and operational associates. “How may I care for you” means absolutely nothing when you operate like this branch. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to the next closest branch.

1 /5 Eric Johnson: Wow! Ratings did not disappoint. Yes, we showed up 15 minutes to close, but we have an existing account and wanted to open a savings account. Teller told us it would take 1 hour to open the account. As a former Branch Manager with a large regional bank, I asked "Why?" She stated " To discuss all the options." I said there is no need to discuss as we just need to open this account. Then the other teller chimed in, who was helping clients and noted it would still take half an hour. And they only have 1 desk associate. We will be moving our business.

1 /5 Kayla Jackson: If i could give this location zero stars i would. I went to deposit a check an they decided to put a hold on it. There reason was because I had a over draft fee that month(which was not true). Then they said they needed to verify it was a real check. The check was cleared and put into my account then yanked back out with a memory they said "delayed". I spoke to the manager and she refuses to lift the hold an told me i had to wait the full 10 days before they can give it to me.
