I had never talked to him but would receive emails on a regular basis regarding various ways that I can save money on my policy. In recently received one of such emails from him and decided to call. I was very impressed by his level and wealth of knowledge, professionalism and great customer service I received from him. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He went as far as doing research to identify Defensive Driving courses although I had a clean driving record just because he wanted to help me save more money on my policy. This branch of Farm Bureau has horrible customer service. I currently have my home insured though them and I have not been able to talk with an agent since I got the original service. I have try to get quotes for my auto and a rental property, but unfortunately, they do not care about new business. I am switching to another branch. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
