1 /5 carlos botero: Every time I try to get an agent on the phone no one is available. I have left several voice messages and no one calls back. This branch of Farm Bureau has horrible customer service. I currently have my home insured though them and I have not been able to talk with an agent since I got the original service. I have try to get quotes for my auto and a rental property, but unfortunately, they do not care about new business. I am switching to another branch. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

5 /5 Jeneale Mabee: The best insurance company in Grorgia! I have been with the Farm Bureau since I turned 16 and got my first car. I now have my husband 2 vehicles and our home on the policy. Fantastic folks treat you like family and are ALWAYS there. LOVE this company!!

Denise takes great care of my Mom and she just turned 80 this year, so at times it can be a little challenging, but everyone at the Dallas, Georgia office is very helpful and Denise always treats her like family. Denise is always very patient with her and answers all of her questions and is happy to explain anything that Mom wants or needs to know. I want to say thank you so much to Denise and everyone that works at the Georgia Farm Bureau in Dallas GA. for always taking such care in all that you do for her. We both really value your kindness and friendship.

PB: BEWARE. . . I have been with Travis Miller for over 2 yrs. I just got my 6 month renewal and it INCREASED BY 49% ($400). 49% with no tickets, no accidents, no changes!! Its obvious this is how they treat seniors. I called and requested a phone call back from Mr. Miller and hes too important for this commoner. I told them not to hold their breath until I paid it. BE CAREFUL--dont just pay it because you dont have time to shop around!!! UPDATE: Since I put in this review, on 1-19-24 I get a call from an Allstate Agent selling their insurance and she said at a 25% discount!! You have to wonder since Ive been a customer for over 2 yrs. Why didnt my agent offer me this instead of increasing my car ins. by 49% ($400.00)??? The way in which I was treated is GUARANTEED LOST BUSINESS!!!

Willie Biggens: Staff will help you all they can but despite this Allstate doesnt stand behind there word. Six years of safe driving and we have small accident with a $1000 payout to fix the other person they raised my payment by $70 a month. There word is dirt!!

Elizabeth S: I had decent service with them for a few years I guess. I got a letter this year a month before my Safeco home insurance policy renewed that I had to cut some branches off the house. We paid $650 to get branches cut off the house and I sent the agency pictures. It was not enough. They sent back exact places where it needed to be cut. Why weren’t those sent initially? Why was this one month notice (during hurricane season) ok? I shopped around and got better rates and more coverage. My agent didn’t offer any other companies or suggestions. She ghosted me until I cancelled our policy. Not recommended and definitely not customer service friendly.
