Joshua took the time to answer my questions and was very helpful every step of the way. I saved well over a thousand dollars in annual premiums across all my policies after switching to Safeco. There was an issue canceling an old policy and starting the new one but Joshua was quick to respond and work out the problem with the insurance companies, all without me having to get involved. I have try to get quotes for my auto and a rental property, but unfortunately, they do not care about new business. I am switching to another branch. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
