4 /5 Brady Sullivan: This team turned my $600 annual premium into a $1500 premium without any claims being filed. I received a notice from my insurance company saying a specific report was needed, asked Robinson & Associates what I needed to do about it, and they said they’d take care of it (which I have in text). Next thing I know, they let my policy get cancelled without informing me for months - AND forced me into a $1500 policy days before Hurricane Helene came, or else I’d be going through the storm without coverage. Do whatever you can to avoid this team unless you like paying more for nothing.
UPDATE: Rob Robinson personally reached out to me to right this wrong on behalf of his team, which says a lot about his integrity and professionalism - and I appreciate his efforts.
