We are entrepreneurs. so that means we have been through many businesses and children in the last 30 years. The only project Lori ever turned us down for was a Marina...because State Farm considers that too risky. I never buy a vehicle, boat, house or business without calling her first. She is extremely smart and knowledgeable about every thing insurance related. She even insured our first jet ski! She has been a friend to us personally and a supporter of our ventures and adventures.

To my surprise Lori Day actually knows my oldest granddaughter by name and when I speak with her she always asks about her. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Mike Millis: I can not scream loud enough to STAY AWAY from State Farms home insurance. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have 2 open claims since November 2022 and as of March 2023 they are still yet to be resolved much less any work completed. Ive been a State Farm client for over 20 years and got absolutely no help from Richard when dealing with my home insurance getting dropped due to 3 claims in 3 years. Mind you that one claim was a phone call to State Farms 800 number asking a question that was submitted as a claim - with $0 in damage reported and $0 in pay outs from State Farm. Richard was unwilling to work with the claims team to investigate why my second 2 claims shouldnt be related (water heater busted - legit claim. It was replaced on a Friday and on Saturday morning had another pipe leak - had a plumber tell me that if the pressure in the lines wasnt released that could have EASILY caused the second leak). So now I have 3 open claims in 3 years when in reality I should have 1 total claim. I called and spoke with other insurance agencies who were more than willing to work with their underwriting team to get the first claim dismissed - and was approved by every single person who was willing to fight for it - but Richard was not. Very disappointing that he wasnt even willing to have a conversation and just flat out told me no.

Few days passes and no phone call. Then I called back and the same lady said Elizabeth was busy that’s why didn’t call and that she could call back as soon as possible. Thank god I managed to do it on my own and canceled her immediately after. If she’ll do this to family idk what she’ll do when it’s you.
