Arianna Ramey I called regarding information about receiving a 30 day binder and to confirm if we were on the GA registry so as to receive our new tags (we moved from another state). The woman who answered the phone answered with a condescending tone, grilled me with unnecessary questions, and spoke to me as though she was frustrated and annoyed with my call. Now prior to this I had pretty decent dealings with the office, but the total lack of respect I was provided over the phones and her lack of professionalism, sealed with once the conversation was over, NO “have a nice day” or “thank you for choosing Allstate”. Will be looking for insurance coverage elsewhere.

Wei Li Allstate is like a dating a new person which you thought was the best thing ever until you get to know the truth. At the beginning everything was great, after some time the rates goes up here and there which you tell yourself it’s just inflation but then as time pass a bit more the rates goes even higher and your like…she is crazy cause she wants all my money. Well my rates doubled in a few years which makes zero sense. Also when you try to process a claim don’t expect that to not comeback and haunt you for it’s like borrowing money from a loan shark. My experiences maybe differ from yours so best of luck to you all.

Orrin Pappoe liberty mutual sets up your bill date and then does not collect your bill on that scheduled date and when they don’t receive your payment, they add up your monthly bill without letting you know, causing your bill to increase each month and without attempting to fix this issue they let your bill continue to increase for several months and if you do not pay them they threaten to send your account to collections and let’s their customers know that it is an issue with the customers bank instead of them owning up to the fact that they do not collect their bill on the set bill date. very unprofessional insurance company and i completely advise to not use them for your auto insurance.

Andrew Rotariu Every 6 months you have to call them to accept a new quote. It does not auto renew after 6 months. Thats probably a good thing because they jack up the prices every 6 months and they do not honor their window price shown as that is only for new customers. After one and a half years with them I am now paying double for the same coverage, no accidents or tickets. Will be looking forward to not renewing my next 6 month term with them and actually go elsewhere.
