I started with Joslin back in April 2025 for my rental insurance. And she knows her job and took care of my needs expediously. She was professional and knowledgeable in doing so. Daniel Hernandez, in office gave me auto quotes, and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Nick Torres, by phone helped me with my auto-pay account payment method. And offered his assistance with life insurance quotes for my husband and I. Nick is very friendly, I detected that hes a caring individual. He gave me options on term and whole life policies. He too, as well as Daniel is very knowledgeable and professional. As a retiree of State Farm, I am very proud to know there are still people that are caring and have your concerns at heart. Havent met the agent Chad, but these guys have to be an indication of the type of person Chad is. Love doing business with you.

Few days passes and no phone call. Then I called back and the same lady said Elizabeth was busy that’s why didn’t call and that she could call back as soon as possible. It’s been over a month and no calls from them at all. What a waste of time

Keep in mind this is my own aunt who insisted I get her insurance at the time but whenever it was going to effect her personally/negatively she didn’t lift a finger about helping me get back to my feet. Thank god I managed to do it on my own and canceled her immediately after. If she’ll do this to family idk what she’ll do when it’s you.
