1 /5 thesteveherndonguy: I had the worst and rudest experience today from robins ..not helpful at all..I was trying to open a 6 digit account with them today and man was they rude demanding but wouldent answer a single question...and this is common...your rude staff and way you treat people is disgusting...that was at the watson branch today...ask me about ft valley they are just as bad..yall are a discrimination based company

IF IT IS SOMETHING SLIGHTLY OFF FROM JUST CASHING A CHECK SHE DEMANDS YOU COME INSIDE AND REFUSES YOU DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE. WORKING AGAIN TODAY 10-28-19 @ 4:00 AWFUL PERSON!!!!!

1 /5 april foster: They don’t even acknowledge that you’ve walked in. Those so called special people who sit in the little box cubicles are too busy to even help customers. Maybe instead of just being knowledgable in banking they should be trained in customer service.

1 /5 Ben and Brandi G: Davita at this location is unprofessional and rude. She will "accidently" hang up on you instead of helping you. Her mind is obviously too fragile for difficult tasks such as answering a phone so please if you encounter this person understand she lacks the ability to handle questions and remain anything resembling professional.
