Lynn has been so helpful and sweet every time Ive talked to her she has remember me from the first time I came in which is personal service and is lovely. More people should be that way. I have sent multiple people to the office for loans and Lynn has treated them all with respect and has been extremely sweet to them as well. Summer is also extremely sweet and they are both very friendly and helpful and is just the best environment when you walk in that office. I recommend this office to anybody that is looking to get a loan because these ladies are just wonderful and they will work so hard to get you approved.

Johna Oliver is always our go to at the branch she’s extremely helpful and always helps us get accomplished whatever we’re trying to do! We live in CALHOUN Georgia and never have any issues getting done what we need to even with the branch being in Jasper Georgia. I would highly recommend this credit union for any of your needs when it comes to banking. I would also recommend asking for Johna Oliver. She will really make you feel like you matter!

Ian Brindle: Customer service at this bank is atrocious. Call in to get issues resolved regarding multiple charges on an account and Im told that I should manage my money better and that maybe a printout would help me in understanding how Ive spent my own funds. Then Im hung up on not once but twice. Wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone and would recommend they get someone in bookkeeping who actually cares and wont act condescending and like theyre the highest and mightiest person alive.
