My sister ,who is over her childrens fathers life insurance, who sadly they lost suddenly, has been left to try and do the right thing..which is make sure ,all his debt is covered..doesnt have to,just is trying to. SHE WAS SO DISRESPECTED...How VERY SAD.. It isnt okay to be kind to some and not others, you have no idea what someones story truly is!!I will never use this office.I will be not to recommend it either..

It just depends on what your budget is. If you can afford it then do it. If you can not then do not worry about it. Their prices are reasonable, Infact very reasonable. Theyll help if they can. With Money. If you need a Loan I recommend them.

Johna Oliver is always our go to at the branch she’s extremely helpful and always helps us get accomplished whatever we’re trying to do! We live in CALHOUN Georgia and never have any issues getting done what we need to even with the branch being in Jasper Georgia. I would highly recommend this credit union for any of your needs when it comes to banking. I would also recommend asking for Johna Oliver. She will really make you feel like you matter!

Ian Brindle: Customer service at this bank is atrocious. Call in to get issues resolved regarding multiple charges on an account and Im told that I should manage my money better and that maybe a printout would help me in understanding how Ive spent my own funds. Then Im hung up on not once but twice. Wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone and would recommend they get someone in bookkeeping who actually cares and wont act condescending and like theyre the highest and mightiest person alive.
