1 /5 Brittney Norris: The tellers are always friendly and helpful. The banking system itself has a lot of problems though. Transactions that are supposed to go through same day take 3-4, the system arranges charges to overdraft you on purpose, even when you "opt out" of overdraft, it will still overdraft incurring a 35.00 fee for each transaction. In my experience, this is all banks. If I could find an alternative to this countrys deplorable banking system I would take that offer in a heartbeat. When we opened this account we were told we would no longer have these issues. The woman who signed us up blatantly lied to our faces to get us to open this account.

1 /5 Randy Carmichael: Bank app stopped working. Very hard to get someone to help. No one at Leesburg branch has called me by name. After seeing one teller twice in a week, she asked if I was a customer. Very sad customer service.

4 /5 Cathy Prince: The only problem I have are the hours. The hours on the sign are not right. I wish they were open on Saturday at least half a day. Some of us that work cant do our banking during the week so wed like to have a done Saturday openings.
