They don’t care how long you have been a paying on time customer. You can be a minute late on the due date and they are calling your phone. I will never refer anyone to them. I tried to warn my relative don’t go here.

The approval process then became inconsistent and unfair as my application was denied at the last minute due to allegedly low income, despite my husband being approved with only a $100 difference. This could prevent situations where credit is pulled, an initial approval is given, and then a denial follows based on information that could have been requested upfront. This approach could save time and effort for both applicants and your team, and enhance the overall customer experience. It felt as though there was little effort put into thoroughly understanding my situation before making a decision. I hope my feedback can help improve the process for future applicants.

Everyone in the building stares at you like they are on cloud 10. If you need an place to stay, I would highly advise anybody to not go through them.
