    Helena Steel: This lady is a scam she told my mom she couldn’t cash her checks due to fraud that was happening at shady oaks she look at the check multiple times before she scanned it then after she scanned it she told my mom that she couldn’t cash it due to some incidents in the pay with the “company”we left but then realized she had a copy of the check so I went back in and made sure she shredded it she then began to say she had a pile of checks to shred then made an excuse why she couldn’t shred it so I asked her rip it and she did so make sure you have her shred or rip what ever she took copies of in front of you because she will make an excuse why she can’t

    Zakiya Caswell: When you walk into the building, you are not greeted by no one that is friendly. The building smells like sewer water. & They are money hungry. Everyone in the building stares at you like they are on cloud 10. If you need an place to stay, I would highly advise anybody to not go through them. They act like they understand your situation, but in reality they really dont care. They just want the money & thats it. So please once again, if you need a place to stay, I would highly suggest you not go there to them ever!
