1 /5 STEELE ZWART: The woman behind the counter racely profiled my partner. He felt very uncomfortable doing business with her. They do not give any form of claim ticket for items being repaired. I went in to ask when item would be fixed a week after it was given to them. The response from women was we will call you when it is done. Not looking at me at all during conversation. As a customer service person she was very rude to me and kept we been in business for 31 years and this is how we do things.. And by the way being a small town and being the only Jewelry Store their prices on jewelry folks is marked up over 200 to 300 percent to make up for the business they dont get. So I would think twice about spending your hard earned money at this business..
