Salmas Custom Jewelry and Diamonds - Chattanooga
Nicole Eng: I couldnt be happier with the custom stacking engagement ring and wedding band that I designed with Salmas Jewelry! The jeweler brought my vision to life with flawless craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each piece fits together perfectly, creating a stunning and unique set. Mohammed worked with me step by step, sending various CAD drawings and renderings with multiple revisions to ensure every detail was perfect before approval. They even managed to procure a rare and unique elongated cut that I requested. The quality is exceptional, and the personalized design makes it even more special. Furthermore, they also made me a custom travel replica ring per my request so I can wear my gorgeous ring abroad without having to worry. They made both sets in record time and shipped it overnight to New York City! I highly recommend Salmas for their incredible work and dedication to making my dream rings a reality!

Lawrence McAdoo: Mrs. Malissa was amazing! She helped get my wife’s ring resized quickly and perfectly, and also took the time to help me pick out a new wedding band. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Truly excellent service—we couldn’t be happier!

Elias Medina: Nolan was an amazing help! I’d never shopped for jewelery before and he guided me through the process very politely and attentively even though I wasn’t looking to spend a million bucks. Awesome experience and I hope kohls is doing their best to show appreciation for their exceptional staff!

Marshall Pierce & Co. - Chicago
DOMINIC HOLMAN: Extremely happy with the service provided here for my new addition; the Oris Pro Pilot 400x Laser. This is a watch that I’ve been eying for quite some time. Ellis, a sixth generation son of Marshall and Pierce, was helpful and knew the exact watch I asked about! He was flexible as we negotiated a great price and sealed the deal with a good bourbon! Seamless experience! I’ll be back for a Zenith soon!!
H. Horwitz Estate Jewelers - Chicago
Raksheen: I had a such a lovely experience finding this jewelry store in Chicago. This is a historic shop, and I believe is one of the first jewelry stores in Chicago! The owner, Craig, was such a pleasure to talk to. His grand started this store in the 1899. He is one of the rare jewelers that spends time talking to you about your needs and helps you find a piece that fits your budget and interests. He has so many unique pieces, and even more in the back. For someone who was visiting and had a very low budget (for real jewelry), he was able to provide me with so many options. He also gave me so much knowledge. I love looking at jewelry, and there is so much vintage designer jewelry as well. The prices here are pretty good!
Donna Jewelry Co. - Chicago
Douglas Bartels: Excellent jeweler and great people. Donna and her family have been fantastic. We have known them for over 15 years now - they got to know my wife and I and have recommended several gifts to me that my wife has loved. I met them looking for an engagement ring - They took the time to explain different options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. As we narrowed down the style, cut, clarity, etc. they found multiple options and designed a fantastic ring. Highly recommend Donna and her family.
Wabash Jewelers - Chicago
Karen Stapleton: Very disappointed with this jeweler and their support regarding a diamond ring that I purchased through eBay. Full disclosure I purchased the ring and had no issues for 1 years. Unfortunately the ring broke having had very light use. The central main diamond casing which which was set in a separate cushioned setting broke away. Basically in my opinion a structural failure. After contacting the jeweler seeking help, I was asked to provide photos which I did, then surprisingly NOTHING. No response. I tried numerous times to contact the seller but they chose to ignore my communication.
Tiffany & Co. - Chicago
Queen Me: Loved my necklace at first. After a couple of months, I noticed every few days that the part of my necklace that rests on the back of my neck tarnishes so badly. It is unwearable after a week. I dont wear perfume or lotion. Maybe I got a defective one.
