1 /5 Tonya Varnadore: Very upset. I’ve shopped here for years. Today I took my daughter that was visiting from South Carolina in the store. We were going to get matching necklaces, however when we entered the store the lady rudely said I want to remind all of you this is a very small shop. I mean I get it the place was full but she didn’t have to be rude. We drove all the way to Helen just to get some photos and the necklaces. How disappointing. Never again will I enter her crowded shop.

We were definitely planning to spend money in her shop but as we entered she loudly and rudely said keep in mind we are a small store and just looked at us like she was disgusted or something. I was really wanting to purchase something specific but after that encounter we left and I refuse to ever go back there again.

After losing her business card we made sure to look her up online so we got the right shop because the shopkeeper was just so friendly kind and hospitable. Highly recommend giving her a visit and your patronage :-)

We also got two of them polished and shaped into pendants and asked them to use some of our small emeralds to repair his wedding ring. We had to wait about 2 1/2 months for them to get here BUT they were always available for an update, we’re very courteous and the end result was WELLL WORTH THE WAIT!!!! We are so happy! My grandson 11 wanted to buy a necklace for his girlfriend thought it wss bad idea i think it was the owner joined in but in a very tasteful manner. It was comical. Besides that I bought necklace for me and a beautiful bracelet.

Shawn Lovett: We had a large group go on a Saturday morning to do some mining. The gentlemen working & his dog Gwen were excellent! He took his time to explain all the different gems, even helping the kids find the good ones. We really enjoyed learning all the different things he explained to us & we learned some neat facts. We will definitely be back to visit. Been going here since I was a kid & enjoyed bringing my kids & grandkids.
