Never heard anything back it had been a whole month and was very displeased. So after all that unprofessional work that they had. I ended up going here. Now let me tell you what my guy NI-US here did for me. After dropping off my tax returns. Within 24 hours he called me back and said this is what your going to get. Not only did he get me more back it was in a quick and timely matter. I would highly recommend these very professional guys to anyone.

Employees greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, they offered free snacks and drinks and they were able to get me back about $5000!! after h&r block told me they could only get me back $3500. Will definitely recommend this place for anyone needing their taxes prepared. Great customer service and speedy services GREAT JOB! 5 stars

They are claiming that reviewers are not in their database, however they are only saying this to look better to outsiders. People are missing hundreds and thousands of dollars this year because of the negligence of the staff members here. CON ARTISTS. SCAMMERS. FRAUD.

However, in this case I can say that this branch of United Community Bank just seems to be incapable of handling any issue beyond receiving a deposit. I’ve banked with UBCI for over a decade. If I can’t do it online, then I will drive past this branch and go to 8 miles out of my way.

Richard S: I have been going to this branch for 30 years and they have been declining steadily. They do not even rate one star in fact they lost a cash deposit, maybe $3000, That I made a few weeks ago. They dont answer their phones EVER, Not even from internal Bank of America people. Unless the branch manager is brand new and was brought in to clean up this horrible operation then the branch manager should be terminated immediately. They are truly pitiful in every sense of everything that theyre supposed to do. In fact looking at their horrible reviews, the manager of the manager should be terminated.
