I was told the reason of theyre precaution, told her I understood and would just wait to get back in town to update my number. I was still asked personal questions such as, " why now, oh youre not in town right now, you had your account for 2months while giving me my history( which was false because money has been deposited in the account multiple of times). I was very unsatisfied that im not able to handle my personal business while being hospitalized for a month. I was told I can use MY account for my financial needs, as long as it isnt fraudulent. Hate it was a complete call run around of assumptions instead of listening to the customer. And this is conversation with a branch manager.
