1 /5 peter31542: Would give it lower, but 1 star was the lowest. They are not helpful at all. They will not let you close an account and get your money even when you bring a letter from the probate court.

5 /5 Prencess Roe: I love this bank and the customer service is the best! They are very courteous and down home people! The only thing i dont understand is the service fee of 6.00 and they added a maintenance fee of 6.00. Why both? This is since they upgraded their app.
