1 /5 Kalysta Jeffrey: Came in looking for a specific ring yesterday, they didn’t have the size I asked for but I asked to try on what they did have in store. They acted like I was an inconvenience to them, barely made eye contact, didn’t smile, and seemed really bothered.

2 /5 Courtney Clark: The store hours on both Google and the official Pandora website are incorrect—they don’t open at the times listed on the weekends. Also, the order pickup process really needs improvement. I came in right at opening to pick up an order, expecting it to be quick, but I was placed in the same queue as shoppers who needed assistance. This completely defeats the purpose of order pickup, which is supposed to save time. There were several employees in the store, but many of them seemed to be standing around and lost, which made the long wait even more frustrating and confusing.

5 /5 Stephen Dascall: I received a gift I bought online in the mail and despite the website saying it was compatible with another product, it was not. I spoke to Victoria on the phone before I made the 2 hour trip to this store and she reassured me she could help me find the correct product. When I arrived, she was MORE than helpful and so nice. It is truly a refreshing experience to have good customer service and have my issue resolved quickly. Thank you Victoria!

5 /5 Ash Fortin: I had the pleasure of having Jocelyn help me and she was super sweet and helpful! I really appreciated her help to make a choice on a bracelet, and I appreciated how she did not pressure me into buying something I wasn’t 100% happy with! So major shout out to her!!
