4 /5 Rachel Walker: I didn’t want to write a bad review about a small business because I know how much it affects their overall rating. I also wanted to make sure I gave them every opportunity to help me just in case the pandemic made it difficult to respond to email. I have now contacted them by email, Facebook messenger, and through their website. The best part? They read my message on Facebook! It has now been two weeks of me trying to get any kind of help. I ordered 2 necklaces from them after hearing good things about their company. I currently weight 180 pounds which isn’t skinny but I’m sure not fat either. I ordered both sizes and NEITHER of them fit. I will add pictures soon to show you the difference between what they advertise and what I received. I thought how could they not have gotten a complaint like this by now? Now I see they do, but they choose to not respond at all. I didn’t even ask to return them because I understand they are personalized. I asked for suggestions on how to remove the pendant from the chain so I can try fixing it myself after paying 40 dollars for two finished necklaces. Let’s see if writing reviews on all platforms might get a response. I’d be shocked if they do.
Update: They did end up sending me an email. I changed my rating because they did contact me.
