She is intelligent, patient and listens to her customers to ensure they leave happy and pleased. She is supported by Tiara and some wonderful coworkers. They are what make the shopping experience exactly what it should be. Make a purchase or just looking, the quality of the service is still excellent, courteous and professional.

She took the time to make sure everything on my account was updated/corrected. Packaged up everything. Assured that I had the protection plan, and certification cards before I left. I left feeling like I had just been shopping with a friend rather than a jewelry consultant. I will definitely come back when I need my pieces cleaned, fixed, you name it!
