I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Strawn and Co. From the outset, it was clear that communication was a significant issue. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for information and assistance, I often found myself waiting for a response. When I did receive a reply, it was often vague or incomplete, leaving me feeling frustrated and uncertain.
One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience was the lack of follow-up. After initial inquiries, I was left to fend for myself, with no proactive outreach from the insurance company to provide updates or address my concerns. This negligence caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I even drove up to the square and chatted with them directly. They took my information and advised they would get back to me sameday. They ended up replying to me days later advising me they couldnt find me a quote due to the age of the property (but I had since received many different quotes so not sure why they couldnt). Oh well, my luck when Im trying to support local businesses.
Overall, my interaction with Strawn and Co. was a major disappointment. The poor communication, lack of follow-up, and reactive approach have left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative insurance providers that prioritize customer service and timely communication.
