5 /5 Solutions2 Low-Voltage: On Valentines Day, Friday 14, 2025 at 12:15 PM I was in the process of selling a company vehicle. It was a last minute arrangement with the buyer. I needed to cancel my commercial auto insurance policy ASAP so the buyer wasnt covered under us when he drove off. Again, it is lunch time and it is Valentines Day so it is a Friday Lunch Time! Bad timing on my part but I had to get the policy canceled immediately before the buyer drove off. The buyer was professional and understood but I did not want to delay him. I called the office, super easy to remember Five O Seven Thirty-Two Hundred, 770 of course. At first, of course, just like any business, "Im sorry there out to lunch". Of course they are its Friday Valentines Day lunch time! Not that it mattered but my cancellation of a policy is really a loss of business for them. I told the sweet lady who answered the phone (we call them the lunch time gate keeper, in the phone industry) I really need to get this done and may I please speak to anyone who might be able to help. Well, you know who, the hero, came through. She always has. K, thank you. And for everybody else up there, thank you. I have been doing business with this company back when it was in Forest Park. My first car, my first auto policy with this team, Racheal was my go to rep back in the day. I have moved my auto policies around some because of commercial policy reasons and rate shopping but we are back with them now, happy with Auto Owners too, and they got our home as well, thanks to SC - you know who you are! For our Commercial Liability and Work Comp policies, unbeatable, Price and Service both. I almost forgot, We have life insurance through them as well. You will not find a harder shopper than Mike. He will shoot it to you straight. Let me sum this up for you. I trust them. My extended family still uses them. My parents used them before I used them. This company has been around a long time. They know the industry extremely well and have aligned with very reputable providers that you can rely on. Lets face it, its insurance. No one likes paying for it. But not having it will cost you much more. A big THANK YOU goes out to all the folks up there for putting up with me for 31 years. I dont know how, but THANK YOU.
