The only time I had a bad experience with them was when I missed a payment and they kept calling me, but I didnt answer the phone so I guess its warranted. The interest rates are high, but they explain that to you in full detail by verbal communication and in my documents. I would say that something like this is for people with bad credit who is just trying to start over and reestablish themselves. As long as you make your payment, or at least pay them something they will work with you. Landmark is my new family and my family and I are truly grateful for them. Oh, and the two ladies that work in there are nice and understanding when it comes to life matters.
