5 /5 Siedah Ford: Once everything got verifies and in place the process was pretty smooth and quick. I felt like I got the run around a few times but I was informed that they are short-staffed and working in retail, I completely understand and appreciated just being told that. There is someone that answers the phone and cuts me off every single time I call! She wont even let you finish telling her why youre calling and THAT is very frustrating! Overall they are nice and explain the process throughly.

1 /5 Bryson: They kept pushing my appointment off and delayed getting back to me then finally set up an appoint said everything was good and we could come in and sing the paper work. Next thing I know they call tell me I’m no longer approved and close it out. Terrible company they have no idea what they are doing.
